Tenant entered on the Reservation Agreement with TTC to keep the desired premise/land

TTC will send Investment application forms to tenants

TTC will assist tenants to fill in application forms

Step 4

Application forms will be sent to HEPZA for content proofing

Step 5
|
The sufficient application forms are sent back to the tenant for signing

Step 6
|
Tenant prepares notarized legal documents (oversea companies)

Step 7
|
The notarized legal documents then are translated into Vietnamese and notarized in Vietnamese notarization office |
Step 8
|
Submit to HEPZA for the Investment Registration Certificate
|

Register Enterprise Registration Certificate and company stamp in Department of Planning and Investment
