On September 24, 2026, Renesas Design Vietnam Co., Ltd. officially took possession of the premises on Floors 10 and 11 of Tan Thuan Tower, covering a total area of 1,884.5 m². This is Renesas Design Vietnam’s second office location in Tan Thuan Zone, complementing its existing premises at E-Office Park (EOP).

Renesas Design Vietnam operates in semiconductor design, with its existing headquarters at E-Office Park in Tan Thuan Zone. To accommodate its growing operations and workforce, Renesas Design Vietnam is expanding its workspace at Tan Thuan Tower.
The additional premises comprise Floors 10 and 11, with a total area of 1,884.5 m² (942.25 m² per floor). Renesas Design Vietnam will carry out the fit-out, define functional areas and arrange the workspace to meet its operational requirements.
The fit-out is expected to be completed and the office brought into use in December 2026, accommodating approximately 400 employees on a rotating attendance basis, rather than having the entire workforce on site at the same time.
The expansion at Tan Thuan Tower further strengthens Renesas Design Vietnam’s presence in Tan Thuan Zone while providing additional workspace suited to the company’s design and technology development activities.
